We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting service purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial service purchase date
- The guarantee applies only to your first purchase with Premium Hosting Solutions
- The guarantee applies to hosting service fees only (not domain registrations, SSL certificates, or other add-ons)
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain Name Registrations: Domain registration fees are paid to third-party registrars and cannot be refunded
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificate fees paid to certificate authorities are non-refundable
- Setup Fees: One-time setup or installation fees are non-refundable
- Add-On Services: Additional services such as dedicated IP addresses, premium support, or backup services
- Migration Services: Website migration or transfer services
- Custom Development: Any custom programming or development work
- Renewal Payments: Service renewals are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee
- Promotional Discounts: Special promotional pricing or discounts received cannot be refunded separately
4. Service Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your hosting services at any time:
- Log into your account control panel and submit a cancellation request
- Contact our support team to process your cancellation
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Services remain active until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service time (except within the 30-day guarantee period)
4.2 Cancellation by Premium Hosting Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy are violated
- Payment is not received within the specified timeframe
- Illegal activities or security threats are detected
- Excessive resource usage impacts other customers
In cases of service termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be issued.
5. Pro-Rated Refunds
Premium Hosting Solutions does not offer pro-rated refunds for canceled services. If you cancel your service mid-cycle:
- Your service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
- This policy applies to all service types and billing cycles
Exception: Pro-rated refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of prolonged service outages exceeding our Service Level Agreement.
6. Downgrade Refunds
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:
- The downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for the price difference in the current billing period
- You will be charged the new plan rate at renewal
- All features of your current plan remain available until the downgrade takes effect
7. Upgrade Credits
If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan during your billing cycle:
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period
- The new plan rate will apply at the next renewal
- No refunds are provided if you later decide to downgrade
8. Service Outages and Credits
In the event of service downtime that exceeds our 99.9% uptime guarantee:
- You may be eligible for service credits (not cash refunds)
- Credits are calculated based on the percentage of downtime
- Credits are applied to your next invoice
- You must request credits within 7 days of the incident
- Credits do not apply to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
9. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a charge or request a refund that does not meet our standard policy terms:
- Contact our support team to discuss your situation
- Provide detailed explanation and supporting documentation
- We will review your case and respond within 5 business days
- Final decisions on non-standard refund requests are at our discretion
10. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of services
- Forfeiture of any refund eligibility
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
- Permanent ban from using our services

11. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
