3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not use our services if you have been previously suspended or banned from our platform.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Pricing is displayed on our website and includes the specific features for each hosting plan.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are due in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.)
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website
• Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your service plan.

4.4 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund.

6. Service Level Agreement and Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control. In the event we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as follows:

• 99.0% - 99.9% uptime: 5% service credit
• 95.0% - 98.9% uptime: 10% service credit
• Below 95.0% uptime: 25% service credit

Service credits must be requested within 7 days of the incident and will be applied to future invoices.

7. Data Backup and Security

7.1 Backups

While we perform regular backups of our servers, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss.

7.2 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and malware scanning. However, you are responsible for securing your account credentials and application-level security.

8. Resource Usage and Limitations

Each hosting plan includes specific resource allocations (storage, bandwidth, CPU, RAM). You agree to:

• Use resources within the limits of your selected plan
• Upgrade to a higher plan if your resource needs exceed current limits
• Not engage in activities that negatively impact server performance for other users

We reserve the right to suspend services that exceed reasonable resource usage without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Service Suspension and Termination

11.1 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your services immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay invoices within the specified timeframe
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to our infrastructure or other customers

11.2 By You

You may cancel your services at any time through your account control panel or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Hosting Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
